Over the past week, the Hazy Realm Network experienced unexpected downtime due to a hardware issue within our remote server rack located in Texas through our hosting provider.
First and foremost — we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, lost playtime, and disruption this caused. We understand that many of you dedicate real time and effort into your progress here, and any interruption matters.
After extensive troubleshooting and coordination with our hosting provider, the root cause was identified as a faulty DIMM (RAM module). This hardware failure caused system instability that required physical intervention at the datacenter.
We’re happy to report that:
• The defective RAM module has been replaced
• The machine has been fully tested and stabilized
• The network is back online
• Performance is stronger and more stable than before
While the hardware is located remotely and outside of our immediate physical control, we take full responsibility for ensuring your experience is reliable. We are reviewing additional preventative measures and monitoring systems to reduce the risk of future outages.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for sticking with us.
The server is now back online and ready for you.
Welcome back to Hazy Realm.
